Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which Rebecca Hallam trading as Peekaboo provides service to its clients. Please ensure you have read and fully understood these t&c’s before booking any appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged to the client. Failure to arrive on the day of your appointment without notice will result in being charged full price for the treatment. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff members and clients. Cancellations in less than 48 hours are extremely difficult to fill.

LATENESS POLICY
If for any reason you are running late to your appointment please call the salon as soon as possible on 07845593550.
We work very hard to schedule the correct amount of time for each treatment and accommodating late clients if often impossible without disrupting other clients scheduled on that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be carried out that day. Lateness of 10 minutes or more will require rescheduling of your appointment and the treatment price will be payable in full.

CHILDREN, PLUS ONES / DOGS
We have a strict policy of no children or dogs in the salon due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and ensuring the highest levels of health and safety within the salon.
We are a small clinic and request that you do not bring anybody with you to your appointment. If you require a chaperone to accompany you to your appointment, please let a member of our team know in advance.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The Peekaboo team cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions whilst on the premises.

LIABILITY
Peekaboo will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides Peekaboo with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Peekaboo will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Peekaboo regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Peekaboo liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Peekaboo negligence.

REFUNDS
All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Whilst Peekaboo undertakes excellent service using factual, honest and ethical advice and expert treatment in experienced hands using only the best products, we cannot guarantee results. We cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
