All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping times may be impacted by high demand, delays with the postal service or peak seasons like Christmas. Every effort will be made to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Charges and exact timings for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Usually, everything displayed on our site as ‘in stock’ is present and available for immediate dispatch. In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are not readily available to ship, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation as a result of stock issues, confirming that any pre-authorisation has been released or payment refunded as relevant. If only one of your order items is out of stock, then all other goods in the order will be dispatched as normal.
When your order number has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
